PCB to take legal action against Indian Cricket Board for Refusing to Play against Pakistan

Sheharyar Khan, Chairman of Pakistan Cricket Board said on Thursday that, PCB will take a legal action Indian Cricket Board for refusing to play a bilateral series with Pakistan again and again.

It was heard in the earlier news that Indian minister hansraj Ahli refused to play against Pakistan. to which PC responded.

During a press conference in Lahore, Khan recalled that the PCB and Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) had signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in 2014, according to this agreement they were about to play a cricket series in November 2017, it consisted of six series in 8 years.

He (PCB chairman) said that the Two series have been played already but unfortunately it does not seems to happen in the future. He said in the conference that,”They has left us no choice but to take a legal action against them”. He said that the series had cost PCB million dollars. He said that India forced us to take this step and now India will compensate for all types of losses.

Khan explained that PCB will send a legal notice to the Indian Cricket Board and then raise this issue to the International Cricket Council (ICC). He said that they have a good reason for this case, and the case is solid and he said that he knows the reason why india will not play in the future.

PCB chairman said that political issues between the countries are not the reason for refusing to play against Pakistan, They had already played lots of matches despite many issues and tensions.

HE said that, ‘It is not important to cancel cricket because of the prevailing political situations. He said that while looking at Modi’s Attitude it becomes hard to play cricket against Pakistan ‘

It seems like the situation will be in favour of Pakistan. i hope every thing gets better.
