Qadri supporters strikes on Parliament. Mumtaz Qadri case doesn’t need no introduction as more than 2,000 supporters followed his cause. Mumtaz Qadri was the self-confessed killer of previous Punjab governor Salmaan Taseer.

Qadri was executed on February 29 that activates a massive reaction from religious and politico-religious parties. Last night, thousands of workers from different religious groups assembled in the garrison city of Rawalpindi to perceive Qadri’s Chehlum. Moving ahead, they marched towards Islamabad where they surround the Constitution Avenue. Unfortunately, media faces the impact of protesters’ rage as they attacked media reporters, hurting some of them and destroy their cameras. The protesters demanded that the media was not showing the complete situation in an impartial manner.

When the situation goes sideway in the evening, then at government request, the army came in and takes the control over the situation and strictly secures the red zone. It can be seen that at the same time two massive events happened in two different cities.
